It also features a Resistance Training Kit for upper body strength training and a Spin Stability Seat that moves to support your body in different positions. Easy-to-use locking mechanism easily converts Split Pedal to Single Pedal. Dual pedal function expands # and variety of Chair exercises possible, while progressive spring resistance alters degree of exercise difficulty.

03 - Resistance Training Kit

Includes fabric-covered resistance tubing with ergonomically correct handles. Expands the range of possible exercises by adding upper body resistance weight training while standing, seated and in supine position.
